An unlock pass is a digital good that is delivered and consumed immediately, so fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will always make it right when the product fails:
Within 14 days of the charge, email hello.tesalabs@gmail.com or use the support form. Please include the site you tried to unlock and the approximate date/time, so we can locate the payment.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
