Effective June 22, 2026
By installing or using Chrome Police (the "Service"), operated by Tesa Labs, you agree to these terms.
Chrome Police is a self-control tool. You choose to lock yourself out of websites for a duration you set. While a site is locked you may either wait for the lock to expire or pay a fine for a short, timed pass to that site.
Chrome Police adds friction and cost to an impulse; it is not a guaranteed or tamper-proof blocker. A technically capable user can bypass it (for example by disabling or uninstalling the extension, using another browser or profile, or editing local data). Do not rely on it for anything safety-critical, for parental control, or for any situation where guaranteed blocking is required. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Unlock fees are real charges, processed by our payment processor (Dodo Payments). Prices are shown before you pay. You are responsible for all charges made through your use of the Service. Paying for a pass grants a temporary, timed unlock of a single site; it does not remove the underlying lock.
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to defraud the payment system, or use it for unlawful purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesa Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost time, productivity, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
